I ordered two medium shirts and received two smalls. I’ve emailed the company twice, and never received a response.

Poor/No Customer Service

I ordered two XL shirts over three weeks ago and I was sent L shirts by mistake. I have attempted to contact CQR customer service by way of three different emails that was provided on my receipt/invoice and survey that was sent to me. I have yet to receive any return email regarding the protocol for returning the L shirts back to CQR so they can resend me the correct XL shirts that I originally ordered. My order number is CQR1091. A response would be greatly appreciated.
