I have tried every type of way to contact to exchange for the correct size. Then I though lets just order a new one, since it was supposed to me a gift. Well they sent me the wrong size again! there should be a way to contact this company and get a response. I am not happy and now I just want a refund for both jackets!!! Thank you

Sizing runs extremely large

I have sent a couple of emails to customer service and no one has replied. I ordered a 2xl but they run small. All I have wanted to do was exchange it for a 3X. It has never been worn new in the package. But no one will return my call.

Bought for my dad and he loves it. Nice quality very thick and warm

The coat hook loop wasn't sewn in right and it became detached after wearing it a few times. I attached a picture so you can see. I'll probably just cut it out completely rather than attempt to sew it back in myself. It runs a little big, but overall I like it. Knocked a star off for the loop coming undone, but it's still good for the price I paid.
