Sent me all the wrong size

I ordered large for my husband and was sent all medium and no one is getting back to me so I can have this fixed

First time order from Amazon. Reached NZ ahead of time. CQR item was up to description and quality. Couldn't fault. Unfortunately for me the item was oversize possibly because US sizing slightly bigger than NZ sizing. No reason not to reorder.

Love this jacket. Fits right, warm , rugged, and not too stiff.

Excellent cross between a shirt and coat for casual wear.

It feels nice, looks great, I just wish they had it in tall because the sleeves can be a tiny bit short if you wanna roll them up like in the picture. I would 100% get it again.
