My husband can't stop thanking me for this jacket. He loves all the perfectly designed pockets and features, and the year round perfect weight of it (not too hot). Works great in rain (we're in Oregon's Willamette Valley) - and the fabric is beautiful! Looks very high end!

Received the wrong size. Customer service does not respond.

I received the wrong size and customer service has not reached out to me after multiple attempts there fore I have not been able to wear this product properly.

Merchant sent the wrong size and won't respond to my email

No way to return product.

Jacket was fine, but did not fit. There is no way to call to return or exchange. I filled out the form on the website twice and never got a reply. I would not buy from them again because of this.
